After months of employee engagement survey collection by Quantum Workplace, 40 Baltimore-area companies were named as finalists in Baltimore Business Journal’s 2020 Best Places to Work Awards. The employee engagement survey polled employees across the Baltimore region on various areas from supportive leadership and job perks to diversity and staff morale.
