For 2 years One Day Roofing had best testing and developing our non-invasive estimating process. Allowing us to fully quote a project without having to step foot into a home. Without any hard sales tactics, without wasting hours of home owners time and what ended up making a truly safe process once COVID became apart of our daily lives. From satellite imagery and electronic signatures we make purchasing a home improvement a simple, pain free process.

Any time you are taking a profitable business and change it to the core, it’s a scary process. But January 1st, we did just that. Every in home representative was pulled out of the field and brought inside and one the phone/ computer. Getting used to this model wasn’t just difficult for our team, but also homeowner. “this is a scam”…”I don’t want to apply for a loan over the phone”. We got everything and anything you could think of but our staff was able to assist and more importantly make each and every home owner feel comfortable. Our No money down policy and lifetime warranty makes that a little easier as well. But it still took some getting used to.

We have broken every company record in 2020. Personal consultant records with staff members writing up 10+ roofing contracts in a single day. Daily records, weekly, monthly and Nov 1st we already surpassed our 2019 volume. But we aren’t ready to quit there. It’s going to come down to the wire but we are projected to hit our first ever $25 million dollar year. But the more important number for us, the amount of clients we serviced. Why is this number so important? This number has proven that customers can trust us. Zero fraudulent charges or credit pulls and 99.75% accuracy on measurements (5 total contract out of 1677 need adjustments)
