Baltimore has no shortage of companies that are ascending each year with grit, determination and plain old creativity. That much is evident in our most recent Fast 50 List.

To create the List for 2020, we ranked Greater Baltimore private companies by their average percentage change in revenue in the three-year span from 2017 through 2019. To be eligible, companies had to have at least $100,000 of revenue in 2017 and at least $1 million in 2019, and also had to record consecutive growth each year.

The Baltimore Business Journal partnered with accounting and consulting firm SC&H Group Inc. to verify each company's revenue numbers and ensure their accuracy.
