At ODR our Sales team is focused on one thing. . . the Close! Seriously, ZERO prospecting of any of sort. We have changed how the sales process is done in the Home Remodeling business. This is NOT an in home sales person position.

What You Need to Know:

*NO COLD CALLING/NO PROSPECTING AT ALL (Appointments pre-set by Marketing Team).

* Our current sales people make between 200-400k/year the highest in the industry
